Mental Health

1) Teen Link: Youth under the age of 21 can call 866-833-6546 from 6-10 pm daily to speak with another teen. No issue is too big or small. Chat/text options are available; visit the website to learn more!

Substance Use

1) Alateen: Support group for young people who deal with substance use themselves, or live with someone  struggling with substance use. https://al-anon.org/newcomers/teen-corner-alateen/

2) North America Syringe Exchange Network: Comprehensive list of needle exchange locations throughout North America. Sterile syringes are given for free, no questions asked. https://nasen.org/

3) Washington Recovery Helpline: A 24/7 helpline that supports anyone dealing with drug/alcohol use, problem gambling, or mental health challenges. Call or text 866-789-1511 to speak with a specialist. https://www.warecoveryhelpline.org/

LGBTQ+

1) The Trevor Project: A nonprofit suicide prevention organization that offers a confidential 24/7 crisis support line, research, and advocacy for young LGBTQ+ identifying youth. Reach a trained counselor at 866-488-7386. https://www.thetrevorproject.org/
